This place is fantastic - our vacation stay was comfortable with amazing food options to choose from.

Advertized as queen beds but they were doubles. Main entrance was at the side and its location was not readi;y apparent. Parking permit requirement is bullshit. 70% of the vending machines were missing or out of order. The remainder were sold out - I know, I checked all 14 floors. Breakfast was included according to the online booking but the staff were not sure what we were entilled to on checkin. This delayed things after a long day on the road.

Breakfast was not included, but a la carte and was then also a little more expensive than the indicated 14.95 CAD. Room price was a few CAD more expensive than the price confirmed in the booking in CAD due to some taxes that nobody understands. Heater blows pretty loud, I unplugged it. The surroundings are rather dull. Road and aircraft noise is clearly audible.

Booked this last minute and wasn't disappointed. Yes it is out of the city centre by 9 miles but you can get a bus right outside to the subway and then the subway into central Toronto and both for just $3.25. I was on the 11th floor great view. Clean and comfortable room with great bathroom. Wifi worked great, but password changes daily so you need to reset it.

Would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the airport in Toronto. The rooms were clean, bright, and had plenty of closet space. I especially appreciated the comfortable queen-size beds, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed during my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to the airport and not far from top-end areas of Toronto.

The only minor issue I encountered was that it was a bit hard to find the hotel from the airport. However, once I arrived, the staff efficiently assisted me with transportation to the airport.

Close proximity to where I live when I needed to stay one night

There was noise ovrnight from trains, airplanes and people seemed to be coming and goingall night long and talking in the halls. The radio alarm went off at 0400. We got a lously night sleep.

The price was right, the food was passable, the room was fine.

The Internet was poor, the breakfast room did not open on time & the staff were not prepared to serve.

The shuttle service provided by Four Points was exceptional. We were promptly picked up from the airport and the driver was friendly and helpful with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. our stay at Four Points was comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent shuttle service and comfortable rooms.

It is reasonably priced. Everything is excellent here, had a fine stay on vacation. The location is marvellous and comfortable and they have parking on site. The restaurant is particularly good.

We were rushing, so we only stayed for 2 nights, but everything was top-notch. the location couldn't have been better for getting to the city center! 🌆
